In March 2019 A.A.G. Stucchi announced two new low voltage track versions, ST9 and ST10, for its MULTISYSTEM range. ST9 is a double track that takes spotlights on its upper and lower faces; ST10 extends the trimless range and can be retrofitted into drywall that is already in place.

ST9 UP&DOWN: light above and below
ST9 is two tracks in one profile, back to back. Adaptors and spotlights fit in the upper channel as well as the lower one, so a single suspended run can light the ceiling and the floor at the same time, or aim spots both ways. For a designer, that means one line in the ceiling instead of a pendant plus a separate uplight, and the freedom to change what goes up and what goes down later.
ST10: trimless track for existing ceilings
ST10 joined the TRIMLESS family, the tracks that sit flush in plasterboard with no visible frame. The point of ST10 was retrofit: it can go into a drywall ceiling that already exists, so a refurbishment can get a recessed track without rebuilding the ceiling around it.

Where the two tracks sit now
Both tracks were part of the low voltage MULTISYSTEM family and Stucchi expected them to be available early in 2019. Today they are listed in Stucchi's EVO range, which carries the MULTISYSTEM name forward, and both appear on our product pages:
| 9500 ST9-E | 9500 ST10 | |

Specifying ST9 or ST10
For ST10 we need the ceiling build-up; for ST9, the suspension height and what should light up and down. The full set of EVO tracks and fittings is on the EVO range page. Send us the layout and we will put the run together.
